Phil is highly experienced consultant having successfully shaped and delivered a wide variety of programmes and projects for a clients across a diverse range of sectors.  Combining technical deliveries and organisational & people centric Change, he creates outcomes with value aligned with strategic objectives.

Projects include deployment of and managed migration to a new Workday platform for 10,000+  staff and the consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a single platform.  He’s created complex technical ecosystems, combining 3rd party SaaS services, bespoke developed cloud solutions, legacy system consolidation, complex data migration and downstream system integration.

He brings strategic thinking, excellent communication skills at all levels, passion, a business centric approach and an eye for detail.

As an MSP, PRINCE2 and PROSCI Change Management practitioner, Phil brings command, control and governed consistency to his programmes.
