Leading Transformational Programmes
Infinity Solutions has standardised upon using Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) as their Programme governance and delivery model. Incorporating the 7 principles of Programme Delivery and the 7 Governance Themes, Infinity Solutions provides the assurance that the Programme is controlled and managed from inception to Benefits Realisation.
Our approach to digital transformation is to first understand your strategic ambitions and the underlying challenges stopping your organisation from truly achieving these goals. Determining whether they're organisational, cultural, process, IT or data related, enables us to understand what needs evolving, changing, or unblocking to release the inhibitors that are stopping the genuine progress you want to make.
We'll start at the top, with understanding the current state in terms of strategic ambitions & visions and how the business is performing against them. We'll generate a "Blueprint for Change", where a future state vision is shown as a journey from the current state to the starting point for where the strategic ambitions can start to be realised.
We'll partner within your teams to create Digital Change Roadmaps, where "Portfolios of work" are broken down into Programmes and individual Projects, where they all deliver a component of a single Business Case. Finally, we'll manage the delivery tranches of work, using industry leading delivery methodologies.
Infinity Solutions will work with you to build a cascading series of KPIs to measure the success of the Change. We'll align your strategic objectives with the overall portfolio delivery. Tactical Objectives will be delivered by a Programme of work, and Operational Objectives will be generated from individual Projects.
Strategic or Portfolio level objectives aim to "move the needle," whether by increasing revenue, profit, market share, delivering a growth strategy, market disruption, or reducing costs. They can also focus on non-financial metrics, such as adopting green "carbon neutral" practices.
Tactical or Programme level objectives contribute to achieving a Strategic Objective. For example, retaining key staff by reducing attrition and increasing retention is crucial for a Strategic Growth Strategy. A Tactical Objective of a "People Programme" would be to reduce key staff turnover to an agreed value, supporting the growth strategy.
Operational or Project level Objectives deliver components of Tactical or Programme level Objectives. For instance, to reduce staff attrition, a new "Employee Rewards" partner is onboarded, offering high street discounts and other services. Ensuring a certain adoption rate among staff or critical roles would indicate success at the Operational level, achieved by a single Project within the Programme.
