Delivery Reviews
A Programme or Project Review is a formal evaluation process involving your client, internal management, programme/project management teams, and delivery teams. Participants are interviewed against your selected methodology or delivery standards, and their responses are translated into performance scores. These scores are organised by agreed delivery themes, grading the programme or project from “unmanaged” to “fully optimised.”
Delivery Health Checks
Health Checks are ongoing assessments designed to evaluate compliance with your organisation’s delivery standards or chosen industry methodologies. Conducted at regular intervals, these checks help identify risks early and increase the likelihood of delivering on time and within budget.
Infinity Solutions reviews programme or project progress against the current delivery baseline, using the “triple constraints” of scope, schedule, and budget to highlight any deviations from agreed thresholds. For programmes specifically, we also evaluate expected outcomes against intermediate milestones, ensuring alignment with your organisation’s broader strategic objectives.
Improvement Plans
Improvement Plans are a critical outcome of both Delivery Reviews and Health Checks. Based on assessment results, Infinity Solutions develops tailored plans aimed at restoring delivery activities to within tolerance, enhancing adherence to standards, and raising overall delivery management capability.
